I've curated some workouts for you to try, but you can also build your very own workouts using the "My List" feature.
In the KadeeFit app, click on any video segment you'd like to add to your workout, and select the "Add to List" icon at the top right of the frame. Then, "My List" on the main menu and it will bring you to your list.
That's it! Once you hit play on the first video, they will play one after another for your full custom workout! Add or remove segments to keep customizing.
